The stand is less than 18” (453mm) when fully folded and fits in most backpacks and carry-ons. It weighs only 2.6 lbs. (1.25kg) and can expand from 18” (453mm) to 57” (1447mm), while steel tubing provides the weight to keep attached objects steady.
Likewise, the Telescoping BOOM is less than 16” (407mm) when fully collapsed, but stretches to 27.5” (704mm) when fully extended, and weighs 1.3 lbs. (.55kg). It works with all AirTurn mounting systems.
