Sweetwater has announced the hiring of Bob “Shep” Shepherd to fill the newly-created position of vice president of Merchandising.
Shepherd brings a wealth of knowledge to Sweetwater, having spent the last 18 years in the music retail industry.

I was blown away by the culture and the familial feeling,” says Shepherd. “All of us are smarter when we work together than separately, so I look forward to capitalizing on the knowledge of others and combining it with my experience.”

Shepherd will help oversee a team of more than 20 people focused on focused on continuous improvement in category performance and inventory.
