OMG Music Names Misha Guiffre as Sales and Marketing Director

OMG Music has appointed Misha Guiffre as Sales and Marketing Director, effective immediately. The appointment underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with independent music retailers nationwide.

Misha brings 21 years of experience in the musical products industry, most recently serving as Director of Sales at The Music Link, where he was instrumental in developing the Recording King and The Loar brands from concept to achieving over $10 million in annual revenue each. His expertise spans brand development, manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations across the MI channel.

Prior to The Music Link, Misha held leadership roles in independent retail management and sales, establishing him as a multifaceted professional with a deep understanding of the independent dealer channel. His appointment comes as OMG Music continues expanding its carefully curated portfolio of unique products for music retailers.

“My approach has always been simple: an independent retailer’s success comes from having brands they can genuinely believe in and get behind,” said Misha. “It’s about having a unique story to tell and a product that delivers for the musician, which ultimately drives the bottom line more than margins alone. That is exactly what makes OMG a premier partner; its business is built on that principle of highly personalized, human-centered service that treats every dealer relationship as a true partnership.”

In his new role, Misha will oversee brand strategy, channel development, and dealer relations for OMG Music’s portfolio of musical instrument accessory brands. His focus will be on providing independent retailers with premium products and tailored support solutions.
