Pearl River Piano has answered the demand for authentic acoustic pianos that can fill a room with music or play silently through headphones with their new Intelligent System. Set to debut at the 2024 NAMM Show, the Intelligent System is designed to maintain the integrity and structure of the piano with no adverse effect on the sound or keyboard touch.
The Intelligent System is available factory-installed on any Pearl River, Kayserburg, or Ritmüller 88-key upright piano, or can be ordered for customer installation. Features include Touch Dynamic Grading, 189-voice polyphony, and connectivity with most popular piano learning software through Bluetooth®. Other functions include recording, playback through headphones or external speakers, numerous voices, sound effects, metronome, reverb, and MIDI output.
“We believe the new Pearl River Piano Intelligent System brings home the best of both the acoustic and digital worlds,” said Leng Tshua, Pearl River Piano Group Global Sales and Marketing Director. “Now apartment dwellers, those who share entertainment spaces, or anyone who loves to play late into the night can perform without worrying about disturbing others. And with the ability to record your performances coupled with the real acoustic action of a Pearl River, Kayserburg, or Ritmüller upright piano, the creative possibilities are endless.”
Established in 1956, Pearl River Piano Group has become the largest piano manufacturer in the world with a global market share of over 30%, producing pianos under the Pearl River, Ritmüller, and Kayserburg names.
