Peavey has just shipped its passive SP2 speaker enclosures through UK distributor Barnes and Mullins.

The enclosures are two-way, full-range/bi-ampable systems featuring a 15” BWX Black Widow 4″ diameter VC woofer with a field-replaceable basket, RX 22CT compression driver and Sound Guard III tweeter protection. They include exclusive asymmetrical Quadratic Throat Waveguide technology and are capable of 1,000 Watts programme, 2,000 Watts peak making them particularly suited for use with Peavey’s XR series mixers in small to medium size venue installations.
