Peavey Electronics recently co-sponsored a special event featuring a performance by Ice-T and Mr. X, co-founders of the record label Electronic Beat Empire (EBE Nation). The event took place April 25 at Schimanski nightclub in Brooklyn, New York, and featured the rawest techno/tech-house, rap-rock-pop and EDM music. Peavey partnered with DJ Times Magazine to organize the evening, with additional support from DJ Dramos of Z100.
The party kicked off at 9 p.m. with a set by DJ Tommy Capretto, as guests enjoyed an open-bar hour courtesy of Peavey. Excitement was in the air with special Peavey guest appearances, including hip-hop producer DJ Keith Shocklee, an original member of Public Enemy and The Bomb Squad. Peavey representatives and DJ ambassador DJ GROOVE were also on hand to give away Peavey merch and prizes throughout the evening.
Later in the evening, headliners Ice-T and Mr. X performed.
