PRS Guitars today announced a virtual 2021 Launch Party to introduce new products, share artist performances, and host live guest appearances. The livestream event will air on PRS Guitars’ YouTube channel on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 7 p.m. EST.
“January has traditionally been a time that we announce new gear, and 2021 will be no different,” said Judy Schaefer, director of marketing. “We will have all-new models, updated models, and we’re bringing back a couple past favorites.”
In addition to model introductions, PRS will be hosting some live special guest appearances, including Mark Tremonti, Zach Myers, and Jimmy Herring, as well as some performance showcases from PRS Artists, including Magnolia Boulevard and a small group of new 2021 PRS Pulse Artists. More guests and a more detailed schedule will be announced in the lead up to January 14.
“We want to invite our community – our artists, players, fans, and dealers and distributors – to come together with us as we celebrate the start of a new year that we believe is full of excitement for PRS players,” said Paul Reed Smith. “Guitar playing has always been a source of joy, and we are thankful to have been part of that in 2020. Let’s kick off 2021 together and have some fun on the 14.”
