Reverend Guitars has released the all-new Reverend Reeves Gabrels Dirtbike Royale. Based on his original Reverend Reeves Gabrels Dirtbike platform, this model features two Mojotone Pickups. The Mojotone Hot Quiet Coil P90 Soapbar at the bridge for more power at the front end, and the Mojotone ’56 Quiet Coil Soapbar at the neck for a vintage P90 tone. Both pickups are hum-canceling, passive pickups. A Wilkinson GTB bridge complements the pickups. An adjustable stop tailpiece that sounds like a “collectible” but with improved playability. Available in Party Red with an Ebony fretboard.
Reeves Gabrels has been the lead guitarist in The Cure since 2012.
Previously, he was known for Tin Machine and later as David Bowie’s guitarist and band director. This guitar is his fourth signature model with Reverend Guitars.
Like all Reverend Guitars, this guitar has a Korina body. A Boneite nut, locking tuners, Reverend’s Bass Contour Control, and a dual-action truss rod are all for maximum performance. Guitars and basses for creative people. Visit http://reverendguitars.com to find your sound.
