Samson Technologies will turn over the U.S. distribution of all Zoom products to the newly developed Zoom North America on December 31, 2013.
Zoom Corporation, based in Japan, manufacturers handheld and desktop recorders, along with guitar effects processors. Samson and Zoom’s 20-year distribution relationship will end on good terms.
“Samson will work hard to make sure the transition will go as smoothly as possible for our customers”, says Jack Knight, president of Samson Technologies.
“Samson will now be able to focus all of its energy on global marketing and new product development for our world-renowned Samson and Hartke brands”, states David Hakim, vice president of Samson Technologies.
