Recording King joins partners Calton Cases and LR Baggs for Spring 2021’s most outstanding giveaway.
From now through May 20, players can post a video of their own original song for a RK panel of music industry judges to win one of three Recording King Songwriter prize packages. The Recording King judges panel will pick the top three winners LIVE on YouTube May 21, 2021.
Entry is free and easy:

Step 2: Post a video of yourself playing an original song (on any instrument – doesn’t have to be a guitar, and doesn’t even have to be a RK) with the hashtag #kingsransom

Submissions accepted from May 10-May 20. The top 10 videos will be screened LIVE on YT for the judging panel on May 21 at 3pm CST.
The panel of experts includes Chicago songwriter and 2020 King’s Ransom winner Nathan Graham, songwriter and Easy Eye Sound recording artist Early James, and artist manager Riley Moriarty (Sammy Brue, The Streets, Angelica Garcia).
