Wooten’s visit was made on behalf of Samson/ Hartke. A veteran guest artist of Sweetwater workshops, Wooten toured the campus and spent time in the recently expanded Music Store.

His reason for visiting Sweetwater was to record a video talking with Director of Sweetwater Studio Operations Mark Hornsby about his experiences recording bass, and to record product videos for Hartke. He took the opportunity to treat the Sweetwater staff and guests to a lunch time performance on the Crescendo Club Stage. His impromptu band mates were Sweetwater’s own Don Carr (guitar) and Nick D’Virgilio (drums).
