The Music People (TMP) has been selected as one of Hartford Courant’s annual Top Workplaces. This is the fifth time the parent company of On-Stage and TMP-Pro has received the award, having been honored in 2011, 2013, 2018 and 2020.
The annual awards, which recognize and rank the top 48 employers in Greater Hartford, are determined based on employee responses to a confidential questionnaire administered by Hartford Courant.
“We are once again honored and grateful to be recognized by our team for the inclusive, supportive, respectful, forward-thinking, and creative environment of The Music People,” said John Hennessey, Co-President of TMP. “This award is especially meaningful because it is voted on by employees who we care about deeply. As a team, we continue to lift each other up through the effects of the pandemic, supply-chain challenges, and transition of ownership.
