American Music & Sound (AM&S) will be hitting the road, representing top manufacturers at the DJ Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey. For more than five years AM&S has participated in this show, bringing some of the best products for the current DJ market right to the customer, allowing DJs and attendees to get hands-on experience, witness live demos and talk with product experts face-to-face. This year AM&S will be showcasing products from Reloop, Xone by Allen & Heath, Hercules and dBTechnologies in booth #301.
The redesigned booth display will premiere the Xone:96 which was launched earlier this year. Allen & Heath senior product manager David Morby comments, “The launch of Xone:96 marks a highly significant moment for us, stemming as it does from our determination to take account of and act on feedback from the DJ community. The status of Xone:92 as an undisputed classic was something we took very seriously when developing Xone:96. It was clear that we couldn’t afford to lose its essence but also that we should seek to exceed the expectations of those who were pushing us to deliver another cutting-edge mixer. It isn’t overstating the case to say that every fader, knob, button and switch has been subject to a forensic level of attention. Xone:96 is the answer to every question we were asked.”
To showcase products from Reloop and dBTechnologies in a DJ’s natural environment, AM&S is joining the Senate DJs on the rooftop at Harrah’s for their annual RED Party on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. dBTechnologies Ingenia loudspeakers, Reloop RP-8000 turntables, RMX-90 mixers and Neon controllers will be in their setup, with the party starting at 10pm and going into the early morning.
Kellie Berrios from the Senate DJs says, “This is our fifth year doing this event, and this year is extra exciting because it is the first time since the Senate DJs started that every one of our DJs will be playing in the same room.
