Today, MMR received a letter from Buffet Crampon USA and Powell Flutes Boston regarding updates to both companies amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Buffet Crampon USA offices are closed, but employees are working remotely and are available to answer your questions or needs.
“We have put a plan in place to ship instruments may you need us to do so (but this can change based on States decisions being taken hourly, any changes to this shipment option will be communicated to you as soon as we are aware of restrictions),” shares CEO and president Francois Kloc.
In addition, the Powell Flutes Boston offices and the factory will be closed from March 24 until April 7, per Massachusetts State Governor Charles Baker’s COVID-19 Order No.13 (issued on March 23).
“Production and shipment will be suspended until the order has been lifted. Currently, the factory plans to re-open on April 8,” adds Kloc. “As the situations develops we will communicate our hours of operation as best as possible.”
