The CHAUVET Professional Maverick MK Pyxis was given the Parnelli Award for Indispensable Technology at the NAMM Show on January 25.
The Maverick MK Pyxis was recognized for the way its revolutionary set of features has been used to create highly original designs on tours (ranging from country’s Luke Bryan, to EDM’s Louis the Child), television broadcasts (MTV’s TRL program) and a variety of other applications.
“Our design team poured their heart and soul into the Maverick MK Pyxis,” said Albert Chauvet, CEO of Chauvet. “We listened to designers who wanted a fixture that they could use to expand their looks and create something unique in a variety of applications. We are honored by this award, and honored too that so many great LDs have made this fixture such an important part of their designs.”
