Graph Tech Guitar Labs launched a new online store for the United Kingdom, making it easier for musicians, guitar builders, repair shops and retailers throughout the region to access genuine products with faster local shipping. The new store is located at www.graphtech.uk.
The online store offers a selection of products including TUSQ nuts and saddles, TUSQ XL, Ratio machine heads, String Saver saddles, ResoMax bridges, Ghost pickup systems, String Glides, bridge pins, picks and replacement parts. Customers will have access to many of the company’s newest product releases directly from UK inventory.
This is an exciting milestone for Graph Tech and for musicians across the UK, said Dave Dunwoodie, President of Graph Tech Guitar Labs. Our mission has always been to improve the playing experience. By expanding our presence in the UK, we are making it easier for players to get the products they need quickly, while continuing to support the local music stores that have helped build our community for so many years.
The new operation is led by Paul Smith and Billy Smith, who worked closely with the Graph Tech team in Canada. Their focus is to provide outstanding customer service, fast delivery and reliable access to genuine products. Local music stores remain an important part of the Graph Tech community. Because the company offers a wide range of products, individual stores may not always have every model in stock. The new online store is designed to complement local retailers by making the complete product range available to professionals in every corner of the UK.
For more than 40 years, Graph Tech has developed guitar and bass components trusted by musicians and manufacturers. Product features include TUSQ, engineered to deliver consistent tone; TUSQ XL, lubricated to reduce string friction; Ratio machine heads for accurate tuning; String Saver saddles designed to reduce string breakage by up to 90 percent; ResoMax bridges to enhance resonance; and Ghost pickup systems for acoustic and MIDI technology.
Graph Tech products are available through a worldwide network serving musicians in more than 40 countries. Components are factory-installed by many leading guitar manufacturers.
