PARTICIPANT OUTREACH COORDINATOR About Mix with the Masters Mix with the Masters (MWTM) hosts world-class recording, mixing, production, and songwriting seminars featuring the industry's most respected engineers, producers, and artists. Our events take place at our studios in Paris and attract participants from around the globe. The Role We are looking for a highly organized and personable Participant Outreach Coordinator to help prospective seminar attendees complete their registration and secure their place in our programs. This is not a traditional sales role, it sits between customer success, admissions support, and participant outreach. A key focus is supporting French applicants eligible for AFDAS funding, guiding them through the application process so they can attend at little or no personal cost.
