Many specialized job profiles are bundled under the corporate functions - from accounting to tax. They also include Corporate Communications, whose tasks include managing and strengthening the Sennheiser Group's brand portfolio. On the other hand, Corporate Development, for example, works to drive and manage the development and implementation of strategic goals and projects. What is your role at Sennheiser? I work as a Digital Project Manager at the Corporate Development Office – either at our headquarters in Wedemark or mobile from home. One of the missions of our team is driving the transformation within Sennheiser, from a hardware-only business to one providing digital products and solutions to customers. We create the big picture and help bring it to life by setting up necessary competencies, processes and systems. What drives you professionally? What drives you professionally? I love change, especially the sort that is positive and creative. This is what I like about my job as well – to play a meaningful role in taking an almost 80-year-old family-owned company to new horizons and taking our people, our crew, along in this journey. I find the last part extremely important and deep rooted in our corporate culture. What fascinates you about the products, the industry? What fascinates you about the products, the industry? A pair of Sennheiser headphones, gifted by ex-colleagues, is what got me to apply for an internship at Sennheiser 10 years back. I was and still am as excited about the voices and sounds we make heard and continuous innovation that pushes the realms of audio. What do you associate with word “Together” in a work context?
