Order processing: Processing coming orders, keeping track of orders internally, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate order assembly, and following payments. Logistics Coordination: Worldwide preparing documents, organizing transportation, and overseeing the delivery of goods. Warehouse supervising: Booking goods in the ERP system, Odoo knowledge is advantage, upon arrival and ensuring inventory accuracy. Collaboration: Supporting management in daily operations and contributing to team success. Accounting preparation: Compiling documentation and binders for our external bookkeeper. Reporting: Creating monthly and quarterly reports for management. Requirements: You must have: Previous experience in order processing, logistics, and purchasing is an advantage. Good level of experience in working with ERP systems - Odoo. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Personal Attributes: Motivation for doing daily office tasks. Team player with a strong work ethic. Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to details. Nice to have: Knowledge of identifying electronic components French language skills.
