Korg USA, Inc. has just created the new role of business operations analyst and has appointed Bryan Griffiths, former dealer support rep, to lead the new position.
Griffiths, who has worked for the company for eight years started in the company’s warehouse as a Material’s Handler, assisting with the picking and loading processes of shipments. He quickly worked his way to Dealer Support, where he provided assistance to sales through Compliance and Customer Maintenance. In his new role of Business Operations Analyst, Griffiths will provide feedback on practices of the company’s overall Operations, gathering data to provide solutions for procedures including MAP policies, to increase profitability.
“Bryan has done a great job managing multiple responsibilities the past eight years at Korg USA, Inc.,” says Jennifer Busking, Customer Service Manager. “We have no doubt that Bryan will help lead our company to better plan and strategize internal policies. It’s been a great pleasure to work with him and watch him grow within the company,” Busking continues.
Griffiths is currently enrolled at the State University of New York College at Old Westbury where he is majoring in Business Administration.
