Mapex Drums announces “Why Mapex,” a year-long campaign honoring their four key pillars, Performers, Educators, Neighbors, and Retailers all who serve a vital role in the drumming ecosystem. Mapex attributes 30 years of success to these pillars and will celebrate them through various events and exciting sweepstakes. Each quarter in 2022, Mapex will focus on initiatives celebrating one of these aspects of the industry and will give away one of four Black Panther Series snare drums to represent the “Why Mapex” spirit.
Mapex Brand Manager Jeff Mulvihill elaborates, “Mapex is and has been a powerful force in performance, education, community and in the eyes of music retailers and we want the world to know it. Mapex will spend 2022 highlighting this through exposure on digital and social network channels, as well as in-person events when and where possible.”
Mapex supports pro drummers inspiring young players, teachers sharing the experience of music with students, communities overcoming adversity through music, and retailers providing instruments for everyone, “This year we will exhibit how we value these parts of our musical landscape and hopefully you (Mapex fans) will be inspired to find out how, when, where and of course WHY Mapex,” adds Mulvihill.
