Pioneer DJ Corporation has restructured its board of directors with Yoshiaki Ide (pictured)appointed chairman, while Akio Moriwaki steps into the role of president and CEO. New CEO, Akio Moriwaki has over 30 years’ industry experience including several years serving as President of Tower Records Japan. In his new role with Pioneer DJ Corporation, he will manage the company’s general operation with a focus on “developing products and services that meet customers’ current and future needs”.
In order to achieve agile management, the company has dissolved its executive officer system.
