Excelcia Music Publishing is excited to announce the release of over 30 new choral pieces with a full range of voicings and styles, including songs for holiday, festival, spring concerts, and more.  The 2024-2025 Choral Music catalog is packed with new original songs and arrangements from beloved voices, including Derric Johnson, Jamey Ray, Patti Drennan, Russell Robinson, Kara Stacy Bedwell, Connor Warren Smith, and many others, and includes new music from popular composers and groups whose music the publisher distributes, Pinkzebra, Voctave, and, new this year, Hampton Roads Music (The Music of Michael John Trotta).  The release includes educational resources, such as professional recordings of each piece, part-track recording bundles, accompaniment and performance MP3s, ScoreVideos, and Composer Insights videos, all of which facilitate easy music review and selection, and can be used as tools with students in the classroom. The recordings are streaming now on all major platforms, as well as on the publisher’s website.

“This year’s collection embodies the essence of pride, unity, and the power of connecting with others through music. We have curated a diverse array of songs that not only showcase artistic excellence but also resonate deeply with the themes of inclusivity and harmony,” says Jamey Ray, Choral Editor.  “Each piece is a testament to the strength of community and the joy of coming together through song. I couldn’t be more proud of the exceptional works featured in this catalog, and I am confident that they will inspire singers and audiences alike to embrace the spirit of unity and celebration.”

Mitchell, Kim Noller, Steve Parsons, Jamey Ray, Russell Robinson, John Maclane Schirard, Connor Warren Smith, and Bruce W. Tippette. The 9 new arrangements in The Derric Johnson Choral Series include holiday classics and other beloved songs from the world-renowned musician.

Each new octavo is edited and artfully set for ease of reading. These works vary from Unison/Two-Part up to SATB divisi and are color-coded for efficient selection and discovery. Excelcia Music Publishing sells Part-Tracks Bundles for each piece, and provides free online ScoreVideos, live professional recordings, and preview scores, as well as Composer Insights videos, all easily accessible at excelciamusic.com.

In conjunction with its 2024-2025 Choral Music release, the publisher is proud to be exclusively distributing three new pieces from well-known composers Pinkzebra and Michael John Trotta, and two from the viral sensation, Voctave.
