Excelcia Music Publishing is excited to announce the release of three new works for Full Orchestra, written for grade levels 3.5-4.5, by composers Yukiko Nishimura, Laura Estes, and Tyler Arcari.
Bright Lights by Yukiko Nishimura is a brilliant Grade 3.5 celebration of academic achievement and hope for a bright future. Commissioned by “The American School in Japan” in Tokyo, this piece premiered in May of 2023 to celebrate the school’s 120th anniversary. It consists of three parts: a bright and brassy opening that heralds a risoluto section, a light and atmospheric middle section, and a hopeful conclusion.
Celebrazione Sinfonia! By Laura Estes is a joyous Grade 4 overture written to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Brevard Symphony Youth Orchestra. This inspiring piece draws influence from Classical, Rock, and Romantic musical styles, and gives each orchestral section an opportunity to be featured.
A Christmas Tiding by Tyler Arcari is a roaring Grade 4.5 arrangement of ‘Twas in the Moon of Wintertime and God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen. This piece serves as an excellent way to showcase powerful Trumpet and Horn sections and infuse holiday concerts with an undeniably energetic flair.
The three Full Orchestra new releases are available for $75-85 retail per set from music retailers and the publisher.
