Peavey Electronics® has been selected as the backline sponsor of Carmine’s Music @ The Deli, a unique live music venue located in the town of Elmsford in Westchester County, N.Y. On weekends, music is on the menu and Peavey’s backline delivers for local artists in the community. The sonic backdrop at Carmine’s not only elevates the performances, but also underscores Peavey’s unwavering commitment to nurturing local talent and enhancing live music experiences.

Carmine’s Deli isn’t just a beloved local Italian eatery — it’s evolved into a vibrant community hub for music. With over 20 years of serving the Westchester community, Carmine’s established Music @ The Deli to unite live music enthusiasts, fostering creativity and supporting local bands, national acts, and musical organizations, like the Hudson Valley Blues Society, Westchester Bluegrass Club, and the White Plains High School Songwriters Club. Carmine’s invitation to “hang out with us and become part of the family” resonates with Peavey, a family-centered company that built its reputation on quality gear at a fair price for working musicians.

On the backline menu at Carmine’s Deli, Peavey serves up some fan favorites. The Classic® 30 112 Guitar Combo Amp is a revered choice for blues, country, and rock musicians, offering a wide tonal spectrum. The Classic 30 gets its name from 30 watts (RMS) into 16 or 8 ohms. It’s powered by three 12AX7 and four EL84 tubes, delivering that unmistakable tube-driven sound. With 3-band EQ, footswitchable dual channels, boost, and reverb, this amp stands out as one of the most adaptable options on the market. The addition of the Celestion Midnight 60 12-inch speaker, with external capability, enhances The Classic 30’s performance and makes it a must-have for any stage setup.

For those players who prefer solid state but don’t want to sacrifice authentic sound, the Bandit® 112 Guitar Combo Amp delivers an authentic tube amp experience through Peavey’s TransTube® emulation circuitry. It captures the essence of tube tone by mastering key components, like damping factor, power amp compression, harmonic structure, and speaker response. The Bandit 112 provides a powerful 100 watts (RMS) into 4 ohms, with a 12-inch Blue Marvel® external speaker that notoriously fooled “golden ears” in testing.

Holding down the backline’s low-end is the Peavey MAX® 300 Bass Combo Amp. It stands out with its distinctive psycho-acoustic low-end enhancement, contributing impactful bass without stressing the two premium 10-inch speakers. This innovation is coupled with a comprehensive EQ section, gain boost with TransTube technology, and switchable presets, all crowned by an angled baffle design that precisely targets the sound projection. Additionally, features like the built-in chromatic tuner and XLR direct output solidify the MAX 300’s reputation as a versatile and powerful choice.

Carmine’s Deli brings it all home with the PV® 14 BT non-powered mixer. Featuring reference-quality mic preamps with ultra-low THD, this mixer is ideal for live shows. With 8 channels of mic preamps, direct outputs for recording, Bluetooth wireless input, high-quality digital effects, USB streaming, MP3 playback, Peavey’s Kosmos® audio enhancement, and 3-band EQ per channel with bypass, the PV 14 BT offers a thoroughly versatile control board. Additionally, its slim, rugged design and convenient tablet cradle make it an essential tool for any modern audio setup.

Peavey is proud to support venues like Carmine’s Deli that open their doors to up-and-coming artists and foster creative expression across a variety of genres.
