JHS’ Supro amp brand is powering the UK tour of Beth Hart and blues guitarist, Colin James.
US singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Beth Hart is about to embark on a seven-date tour bringing her own brand of blues/rock/jazz/soul infused music to the shores of the UK.
Hart, who has released a string of top ten and number one albums including collaborations with Joe Bonamassa, is promoting her latest release Fire on the Floor and will head out to mainland Europe before starting the US leg of the tour in January 2017.
Joe Nichols has been Beth’s lead guitar player, musical director and co-writer since 2002 and has recently begun using the Vintage Icon Series V6MRSSB and V52MRBS guitars for live and studio work. “The V52 and the V6 are my go-to guitars now,” said Nichols. “The playability and the tone is incredible. Great job guys.”
Support on the tour is from award-winning Canadian blues/rock guitarist Colin James, who has just released his 18th album Blue Highways. For the UK leg of the tour, he will be using the Supro Royal Reverb and Coronado amplifiers as his main onstage backline rig.
The tour kicks off on 11th November at Birmingham’s Symphony Hall and takes in Newcastle, Glasgow, Bristol, Bournemouth, Manchester, finishing at a sold out Royal Festival Hall in London on the 23rd.
