The D’Addario Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that awards grants and product donations to programs providing music education in under-served communities, will partner with Hungry for Music on November 15th to present an instrument collection drive and benefit concert. Hosted at the Three Keys at Ace Hotel New Orleans, the organizations will be on-hand from 4pm to midnight collecting new or gently used instruments that will be refurbished and ultimately donated to students in need in NOLA youth music programs. The event will also feature live performances bySam Price & the True Believers and local NOLA youth bands. Suggested cover donation is $5-20 or an instrument.
