The studio complex, operated by Group One Limited, provides a range of services including podcast production, music recording, and live performance capabilities. According to Group One Limited, the facility also incorporates a production center, a space for concerts, and a video post-production suite.
Logistic Events Corp. (LEC), led by CEO and founder Humberto Alvarez, designed LEC Studios to be a high-end destination for creative professionals. The studio’s centerpiece is a Solid State Logic ORIGIN 32-channel analogue console, which is complemented by custom furniture from Malvicino Design Group. Group One Limited reports the console’s integration with modern digital audio workstations, providing an efficient workflow.
The studio’s design includes a sophisticated 9.1.4 speaker system for immersive Dolby Atmos monitoring. Malvicino Design Group was responsible for the overall studio design, acoustic engineering, and the integration of all systems. Group One Limited notes that the SSL ORIGIN console delivers a refined low-frequency response compared to older analogue consoles.
LEC Studios aims to furnish a first-rate setting for artists, producers, and audio engineers. The routing capabilities of the SSL ORIGIN console are more streamlined than previous SSL console models, contributing to the studio's overall efficiency.
