Bert Murdock Music Names Behrens New General Manager

Bert Murdock Music, a cornerstone of the Orem, Utah community, proudly announces the appointment of Cris Behrens as its new general manager. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Cris is transitioning from his previous role as GM at Summerhays Music Center, bringing a wealth of experience in band and orchestra rental and retail to his new position.

Beginning this month, Behrens’ will also take on the roll of president for the National Association of School Music Dealers (NASMD). On April 6th at the conclusion of the annual NASMD convention, president CJ Averwater of Amro Music passed the torch to Behrens who has spent the last eight years serving on the organization’s board.
