German guitarist and amp designer Thomas Blug is to conduct a five-date tour of the UK in May promoting his BluGuitar AMP1 range.
The AMP1 is Thomas’ footpedal-sized 100 watt valve amp that offers four separate amp channels based on a number of different amp designs from the last 50 years. Additional accessories include the Remote 1, Looper Kit, MIDI 1 adaptor and the recently launched NANOCAB and FATCAB 12” speakers.
Working in conjunction with dealers around the UK, Blug will start at Durlsey in Gloucestershire, and continue through Milton Keynes, Brighton and Poole before making his way up to Manchester to take part in the North West Guitar Show at Haydock Park on Sunday 15th May.
Furthermore, for the dates at Intersound Dursley, Rock Hard Music Milton Keynes and the North West Guitar Show Thomas will be joined by Simple Minds and celebrated session drummer Mel Gaynor to provide a ‘Rockanarchie’ band set to demonstrate the AMP1 in full gig situation (along with his Vintage Signature V6MRTBG and V6MRHDX guitars), with JHS Product Demonstrator Gav Coulson providing bass and vocal duties. Visitors to these dealer events will also get the chance to win an AMP1, whilst the North West Guitar Show is offering its visitors the chance to win a Vintage V6MRHDX Thomas Blug Signature guitar.
