BOSS is commemorating ten years of the Katana amplifier series with the introduction of three limited-edition products, according to Australian Musician Magazine. The Katana line initially appeared in 2026 during a digital event hosted by Roland.
These special versions showcase a refined aesthetic, incorporating deluxe flame maple veneer cabinetry and a glossy blue finish. The Katana Artist Gen 3 10th Anniversary model carries a price tag of $1299 USD, while the Katana Artist Head Gen 3 10th Anniversary is priced at $999 USD, and the Katana Cabinet 212 Waza 10th Anniversary model is listed at $999 USD.
Notably, the Katana series represented the initial extensive amplifier range developed under the BOSS brand. The company designed the series to provide a professional-grade experience within a more approachable price range. To date, over 1.5 million units of the Katana series have been distributed.
The anniversary products are currently available exclusively at Roland's flagship retail locations in New York City, London, and Tokyo.
