Coda Audio has completed a permanent loudspeaker installation at the new 80,000-square-meter indoor arena within the Guiyang Olympic Sports Centre in Guizhou province, China. Installation magazine reported the deployment features 48 APS arrayable point source units, 24 HOPS12i-Pro high-output point sources, and four G515 two-way speakers, all driven by Coda Audio LINUS DSP amplification.

Installation magazine notes the specification targets uniform sound pressure and vocal clarity across the 12,000-seat venue for sports commentary and large-scale performances. An installation team spokesperson told the publication that the system delivers consistent audio to every seat despite noisy competition environments. The rig proved its capability during the second AIBA World Cup Boxing event in June, with organizers canceling plans for additional temporary sound reinforcement from other brands ahead of the opening ceremony.

David Webster, global head of sales and marketing for Coda Audio, stated to Installation magazine that the company is proud to supply products for venues hosting high-profile national and international events.
