D’Addario has appointed Brandon Medici to the newly created position of D’Addario business development specialist. In his new role, Medici is responsible for leading B2B training for sales and product specialists of D’Addario Fretted and Planet Waves products with domestic and international distributors and dealers.
In his new role, Medici is responsible for increasing the demand for products through retail and distributor visits, product demos, sales/business negotiations, educator outreach, consumer events, etc. He will join the Sales Department reporting to D’Addario’s vice president of sales, David Via. He will also be working closely with D’Addario’s U.S. and international sales managers, Peter D’Addario and Valerie Julliot, along with D’Addario’s domestic and international regional sales managers.
“Brandon’s experience in retail, the positions he has held at D’Addario as product specialist and sales account executive, his international language skills, and his accomplishments as a musician,” says Via, “make him ideal for this position.”
