DiCosimo Audio has updated its 360+ Bass Preamp pedal for 2026, introducing a smaller enclosure and improved power efficiency to meet retailer demands for compact stage gear. According to a report by No Treble, the manufacturer reduced the unit’s dimensions to 4.8 inches by 4 inches to ensure consistency across its product line and eliminate unnecessary bulk. This form factor adjustment aims to optimize pedalboard real estate for performing musicians without sacrificing functionality.
No Treble states that the updated model retains the original circuit topology and control layout, including volume, tone shaping, variamp settings, and a footswitchable fuzz section. However, the company significantly upgraded the internal charge pump circuit responsible for converting 9V input to 24V operation. This modification reduces current consumption from 300mA in the previous version to just 100mA, offering greater compatibility with standard power supplies and lowering operational heat. The pedal remains available now at a retail price of $325, featuring an XLR output with ground lift. This refresh allows DiCosimo Audio to maintain market competitiveness by addressing physical size constraints while enhancing technical performance for the professional bass market.
