ESP Guitars has elevated four long-time employees to senior leadership positions following their significant contributions to the organization. According to an announcement from esp guitars, Miguel Soto is now Executive Vice President, Mike Brinker serves as Director of U.S. Sales, Ryan Dominguez leads USA Manufacturing Operations, and Tim Jennaway takes over as Director of Product Development and Operations. These appointments reflect the company’s recognition of deep institutional knowledge and specialized expertise within its workforce.
ESP president and COO Todd Binder expressed excitement regarding these well-deserved advancements, noting that each individual has dedicated themselves to the brand over many years. In his expanded capacity, Soto will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, support, and operations after previously managing global distribution networks. Brinker will now manage the domestic representative force and dealer network. Dominguez will direct activities at the ESP USA Shop in North Hollywood, while Jennaway replaces Binder as the primary contact for product development between the United States headquarters, the Japanese parent company, and partner factories across Asia. Jennaway will also supervise quality control, customer service, and warehousing functions at the Los Angeles facility.
