Fender Musical Instruments Corporation has revealed its Fender Next Class of 2026, the eighth edition of its global artist development program spotlighting emerging guitar-led artists.
The 2026 class features 15 artists from China, Colombia, Ireland, Japan, Argentina, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States. Fender said the group reflects a wide range of styles, including rock, indie, grunge, country and funk.
Artists selected for the 2026 class are 54 Ultra, BALTHVS, Bleech 9:3, Chevon, Chloe Slater, Fayzz, Haku., Marlon Funaki, Pacifica, Redoor, The Paradox, They Are Gutting a Body of Water, This Is Lorelei, Ty Myers and Winyah.
Fender said the program gives selected artists increased exposure through the company’s social channels and brand content. Since launching in 2019, Fender Next has supported 195 artists. Alumni include IDLES, Sam Fender, Beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, Little Simz, Wet Leg, Blu DeTiger, Larkin Poe and Orville Peck.
