A key addition in this update is the new bulk update feature, which allows multiple devices to be updated simultaneously rather than waiting for individual units to complete before starting the next one.
The revised platform now offers twenty preset slots per device, providing greater flexibility for users configuring their systems. Additionally, the software now supports five additional languages, enabling French, Italian, Norwegian, and Swedish users to operate the interface in their native tongue. Specific improvements for Linear 5 MK2 loudspeakers include an increased maximum delay time of fifty milliseconds and improved certified Milan functionality. Stephan Kuczera, product manager for live sound, stated that these upgrades were driven by customer requests to make daily operations easier.
