IK Multimedia has introduced a new collection of Fender amplifier models to its TONEX platform. According to Sound on Sound, the Brown Panel Signature Collection brings the characteristics of vintage amplifiers to users.

Reporting from Sound on Sound details that the collection incorporates nine Fender amplifiers produced between 1959 and 1963. These amplifiers represent a transitional period, blending the sonic qualities of Tweed and Black Panel Fender amplifiers. The Brown Panel Signature Collection offers 80 distinct Tone Models, including representations of a 1960 Concert Amp and a 1962 Vibrolux.

These models are designed to function across a range of IK Multimedia products, including the TONEX software itself, the AmpliTube software, and the company’s hardware TONEX devices. The technology used to create these models involved artificial intelligence based modeling.

Currently, the Brown Panel Signature Collection is available for $79.99, a promotional price lower than its standard cost of $99.99.
