Latin Percussion introduced a new collection of Praise Tambourines and Cajons designed for worship and Christian music. Announced June 30, 2025, the new instruments aim to enhance worship experiences by combining durability with thematic designs.

The Praise Tambourines feature mahogany shells, stainless steel jingles and synthetic heads decorated with a praying hands graphic. Available in natural or white finishes, the 10-inch model includes eight sets of jingles while the 8-inch model includes six sets. The manufacturer states the jingles provide bright, rhythmic accents suitable for users of all ages. The durable synthetic heads are designed to be easy to use during worship sessions.

Four new Praise Cajons were also released: Cross Cajon, Praying Hands Cajon, Thorny Cross Cajon and Thorny Heart Cajon. All measure 19 inches high, 11.5 inches wide and 11.5 inches deep. They feature two internal snare wires for crisper slaps and an integrated bass port for enhanced projection during live performances. During worship sessions, a cajon can help lead the church as the pulse of worship.

The Cross and Praying Hands cajons feature a natural wood finish with a white body and soundboard, providing a bright, punchy and focused sound with minimal overtones. The Thorny Cross and Thorny Heart cajons, both finished in black, feature an MDF body with a meranti soundboard, producing a full, warm and resonant sound.

Latin Percussion designed the collection to help create a backdrop for worship, noting that rhythm is about expressing emotion as well as keeping time.
