Prior to joining M&W Pro Audio, Schlabs held leadership positions at several notable organizations. He previously served as National Sales Manager at Mackie Designs, and then spent thirteen years at inMusic Brands as Executive Director of Sales. Most recently, he was employed at PetSafe Brands. This appointment took place in July 2026.
