FInnish guitar effects pedal manufacturer Mad Professor, has launched a new website with added B2B functionality and improved branding.
The launch of the new site is being marked with 20 per cent customer discounts on any factory or hardwired effects pedals starting from today (Wednesday, 15th November). The discount code: “Newstorediscount” is valid till Monday 20th November.
Apart from a new user interface and functions the firm has updated its “digital brand appearance”. Marko Karhu, account manager at Mad Professor Amplification said: “Really excited about the appearance of the new website and also about the fact that the functionality of it will take our business model to the next level”.
The new website has a B2B extranet, which can be accessed by the company’s business partners, dealers and distributors. Business accounts will now be able to track order status, view previous orders, reorder and make changes online.
Mad Professor also took steps to improve customer security with updated Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Returns and Refunds Policies. In addition, customers can shop online using credit card payments and PayPal through a secure payment gateway.
