Uniguest has acquired Visix, an Atlanta-based provider of enterprise-grade digital signage, room management and visual communications solutions. According to a report by Installation magazine, this transaction integrates Visix’s technology into the Uniguest platform to expand the company’s presence in corporate and higher education markets. The move supports a strategy to unify digital signage and engagement technologies under a single global system.

Installation notes that Visix has spent over forty years developing secure and scalable tools for wayfinding, room scheduling and digital displays. These systems help clients modernize communication and enhance safety for employees, students and visitors. The acquisition aims to enable Uniguest to deliver a broader suite of solutions across complex environments like healthcare systems and university campuses.

Uniguest CEO Matt Goche stated that expanding into these verticals is a strategic priority as workplace communications become more critical. He added that combining Visix’s market presence with Uniguest’s global reach will allow for more impactful customer solutions. Visix CEO Sean Matthews described the union as a natural fit, citing Uniguest’s rapid growth and collaborative culture as key factors in the decision.
