This new version introduces faster recording tools alongside several artificial intelligence-powered music production features. We Rave You reports that the free version of the software now includes four-track stem separation, letting users split a stereo mix into separate stems for editing, remixing and sampling. The paid LUNA Studio edition, priced at $199 or included with UAD Spark Studio subscriptions, expands this capability to six-track separation and adds audio-to-MIDI conversion, lyric transcription, and chord extraction powered by Moises technology. Additional enhancements include LUNA Play for capturing ideas, folder tracks, scale-aware piano roll editing, and console emulations from Studer and Ampex. The update also brings native Record FX support, mono input options for stereo tracks, and automated click track controls.
